The Paddle Therapy Support app has been developed an evaluated across Thames Valley for a number of years. It is currently in its final development phase and is expected to be tested within the Thames Valley NHS Talking Therapy Services (previously IAPT) between October 2023 and February 2024 across Thames Valley Services. Following evaluation of this final testing phase Paddle app will be made available nationally early 2024.
Paddle will only be made available to eligible NHS Talking Therapy patients who will be able to use it during treatment as well as after therapy ends.
ALREADY ON PADDLE?
Paddle has been designed to help patients make the most of their therapy by storing all related information in one secure location.
Add thoughts or reflections that you have during or after therapy, personal resources and documents that you have been working on.
Individuals can start using Paddle during the course of therapy and continue to use the app after being discharged.
